Biography

LouPierozzi was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. His interest in ceramics started in his first year of college. Lou is deeply interested in making forms that are functional, but the real excitement happens with how he plays with form and surface. He strives to make pots that are more sculptural than functional.

Lou is currently teaching ceramics and 3-d at Oakton Community College.
